Who files Form U4?

The member firm files it on behalf of the associated person. The individual supplies the information and signs, but the firm submits it.

What is Form U5 for?

It reports the termination of an associated person. The firm must file it within 30 days and must amend it if it later learns something that makes the original filing inaccurate.

What is the difference between Regulatory and Firm Element CE?

Regulatory Element is the standardised computer-based programme FINRA requires; Firm Element is the annual training a firm designs for its own covered registered persons.
